The company encourages practices that minimize soil erosion, such as terracing, rotation, contouring, cover crop, and reduced tillage farming practices, which in turn improve productivity in both the short and long terms. Leaving the land in better condition than when we started through sustainable agricultural practices is our goal.
Our goal is to manage land on behalf of our clients, consistent with their goals of ownership insuring a safe and healthy landowner experience. Our daily focus is on maintaining and improving the land, allowing for long term food and fiber production with the least impact on the environment.
