About Vaughn

Growing up in Paradise Valley in North Central Kansas, Vaughn quickly became interested in beef production and farming. This always brought up the question, “how does one value agricultural land?” Soon, Vaughn became deeply interested in this, and in 2022 started pursuing a career in Real Estate Sales. Although Vaughn was still in college at the time, he would spend his free time and weekends working on his family’s farm and helping a local Auction and Realty Business to get started in the industry.

Soon after graduating from Kansas State University in December of 2023 with a degree in Animal Science and Industries, with a minor in Business, Vaughn set his eyes on a career in Real Estate Appraisal. In May of 2024, Vaughn started with Farmers National as a Real Estate Appraisal Trainee, as well as a Real Estate Sales Associate. Vaughn currently trains under Richard Boyles in hopes of becoming a Certified General Appraiser in the future.

List, market, and sell real estate in Kansas.
