I communicate with clients, farm managers, and various departments to assist in providing solutions to maintain the current high level of service our clients deserve.
I lead the execution of the Farm and Ranch Management strategies and annual business plans, by aligning with our teams, internal departments, and outside factors like industry trends. Additionally, I organize employee training programs and work with our Customer Service team to ensure a positive client experience.
I also assist clients in identifying and reaching goals through real estate purchases and sales, insurance needs analysis, lease analysis, farm program review, and other areas as needed.
