Responsibilities at FNC:

Assist non-operating landowners and investors in the management duties of their farms and ranches.

By helping landowners with their properties, I work with them and the operators to achieve their short and long-term goals. Goals may include profitability, productivity, care and sustainability, recreation, or being able to pass the farm or ranch on to the next generation.

Assist landowners in the sale of their farm or ranch when the time comes or the decision is made to sell their investment or possibly their legacy. We take a personal marketing approach for each landowner to maximize the results of a successful sale.
