The live auction will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at 10:30 AM, at Beaman Memorial Hall, 215 Main Street, Beaman, Iowa. Online bidding will begin on Monday, October 24, 2022, at 8:00 AM and close at the end of the live event.

Tract 1 features 155+/- gross acres with an estimated 148.6 acres of tillable cropland with a CSR2 rating of 94.72. Tract 2 features 156 gross acres with an estimated 147.7 acres of tillable cropland with a CSR2 rating of 90.52.

Property Location:
From the intersection of County Highway D67 and County Highway T29 at Beaman, travel south on County Highway T29 one mile to 100th Street, the county line between Marshall and Grundy Counties, then turn right and travel west one mile to J Avenue, which is Vance Avenue in Marshall County.
